X is for Acceleration Y is for Collaboration Z is for Immersion Les Garages XYZ Towards a new generation of industrial & DeepTech accelerators
For a startup, an SME and sometimes a large company, the transition from a functional prototype to a first series (pre-series) is a crucial step, which must be as short and simple as possible.
Today this is not the case, this stage is long and complex. We want to provide a simple and integrated solution to address this problem
We must give the desire (and also the means) to the technologies that are growing in our territory to flourish there and thus remain there.
Our vision: Create a new type of accelerator that disrupts the current model. The disruption comes from the fact that the accelerator integrates into its heart a “factory of the future” as an engine of acceleration and as an engine of profitability for the structure and based on the one-stop-shop model. The factory of the future will be also a showcase of the latest technologies.
We are building what no one has never built to anchor the startup and PMEs in France and to ignite re-industrialization.
We are totally in the #FrenchFab dynamic.
Our mission: Build and provide a federation of such hardware accelerators in France and in Europe.
The typical duration of acceleration program will be 100 days. It is not only ambitious but impossible with current systems. this is why we have invented a new type of accelerator, as innovative as the project it will accelerate.
XYZ : A vision for the future
One roof / one-stop-shop industrial acceleration
X: Acceleration
From garage prototype to industrial pre-series
The heart of the accelerator is a factory of the future.
This factory makes possible to provide in one place, in the form of a one-stop shop, all the services from the design office up to pre-production and study for industrialization. This integrated model reduces costs and time of studies and production while optimizing interactions between project leaders and industry experts. Such an approach, which today does not exist anywhere else, is located at the top of the innovation value chain. It not only complements the other services of its surrounding ecosystem (laboratories, incubators, etc.) but it aims to become one of the strong vectors of reindustrialization and local job creation. The business model is based on the commitment to carry out the pre-industrialization of a project, in connection with the provision of spaces for project teams (startups, SME/SMI, large groups, universities, etc.).The heart is a factory, additional resources related to the production for third parties as well as training will increase the profitability of the business model.
The architecture of the building places the factory in the center of the device allowing immediate access of its resources to all projects
The architecture of the building itself brings innovation so that it can be agile to adapt to the size and evolution of projects. Individual prototyping and assembly areas, as well as a shared space (4,000 m2 of plant), will allow all projects to evolve from prototypes to small series of their innovative product.
These acceleration services will be based on a directly accessible combination of various platforms (additive manufacturing, electronics, mechanics, CAD, etc.) based on high-end equipment and facilities to design, prototyping and producing, all under one roof. the same roof, including accommodation, showroom, and a “pitch theater” for a quick turnaround.
Y: Collaboration
Cooperate with other teams and get the best of the one-stop-shop of services
The future building will allow easy collaboration with common ressources and services. each team can easily collaborate and eventually merge with another team. The building allows each team to evolve easily by adding more space as it grows.
Z: Immersion
You can concentrate on your industrialization. You have everything at your finger tips
The future building will allow you to work on your project industrialization without leaving the building.
third parties offices such as business development or Intellectual property advisors will be at your fingers tips.
XYZ: Everything under the same roof
in a building that conforms to latest environmental regulations.
From a vision of the future to …
The first accelerator
